How do I track a car's pickup and return?
From the tablet: a zone-by-zone visual check (front, sides, rear, interior, papers and accessories), photos, mileage, fuel or battery level, then the customer's signature. At return, the same points are recorded, with an incident and additional charges if needed.
Can I rent out licence-free cars?
Yes. The licence-free light quadricycle is a class of its own, with its own driver document profile.
Are electric cars supported?
Yes. Electric energy is set on the vehicle record, and the condition report then records the battery charge as a percentage instead of the fuel level.
How do I handle the security deposit for a car?
The deposit is kept separate from the rental payment: an amount set on the vehicle, a pre-authorization, a deposit link, then release or an adjustment invoice after an incident.
